Barra Beach

Just north of Tofo, Barra Beach stretches along a slim peninsula where the ocean meets a vast mangrove estuary. Quieter and more spacious, it is known for near-empty beaches at low tide, a lighthouse at the point and some of the best kitesurfing in Mozambique. Its offshore reefs are a haven for macro photography, with seahorses and nudibranchs.
